I did it exactly like this multiple times, clearing all data for all dates.  I also cleared the cache in WordPress, cleared the cache on WPEngine, my web host, and updated all plugins to ensure there were no compatibility issues.

Hi, we have another issue with Event Reminders. It’s not working with the latest EventOn version. The reminders are not being sent and even the settings page is not showing up.

The customer says that “Prior to the current event the Ticket Type in Events / All Event Tickets used to show the name of the ticket variation chosen.“.

I don’t remember if this is true or not. Could you help?

that feature has been available for quite a while. So I guess @infotainerdave got this confused then when he posted about this on my initial request. Too bad, I was really hoping this would see the day of light eventually!
