I am sorry, but I believe that I misread your previous messages about the issue with Location/Organizer and what you are trying to do.
This code will show Location/Organizer forms within the submission form.
Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header).
You can also add this code to wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

and we cannot force it to be compulsory for submission – can it not just be part of the regular form? and made compulsory for successful submission?

Not sure how to remove the duplicated menu, I am afraid. I don’t think why it doubles in the first place.

The second more important is can you control after submit an event. It does not have a way to return back to enter another event.

Do you mean when you add a new location through Action User’s Submission Form?
The second more important is can you control after submit an event. It does not have a way to return back to enter another event.
