I tried debugging this multiple times, but debug.log doesn’t have any fatal error. I disabled WP_DEBUG for now.

Could you try editing events in Troubleshooting Mode?

Could you try going to

and enable Troubleshooting Mode? Then enable EventON.

It seems that Edit Event starts working. Please now try changing dates.

Hello, just checking to see if you have an update yet as to when this will be fixed. Our clients rely heavily on the EventOn plugin, and I am seeing another site that the “configure” RSVP within an event also does not work.

The patch should fix that exact error. Just make sure to update Tickets add-on to 2.4.1 first before applying the patch.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

I know what the latest version is. But my site is telling me something different. I have already downloaded the latest and overwritten the one on my site with it, but I’m still getting the message. Why is it telling me to update if there isn’t an update??
