Its fixed now. I had a sidebar that was pushing the content away. It shouldnt do that so its probably some compatibility issue but I wont be having any sidebar there so its fine. Thanks!

Where do i find version 0.14? The dashboard still shows 0.13 and WordPress does not offer a newer version 🙂

Your instructions specifically say:

Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.

And on the link you provided, it furthermore says:

WARNING! – When updating from EventON version 2.6.6 & 2.6.7 you must leave the above settings to NO (due to code error)!

So YES, all data is lost because of your bug. So how do I get a refund?

Also, it was NOT having this issue before this debacle of an update.

Please go to EventON > EventCard > open Designer and save > now save EventON Settings.

We’ve spotted another error though… If you add ticket info and just use the save button within the ticketing popup, then the info saves fine and is visbile on the frontend. But as soon as you save the event post, the ticketing info then reverts and is no longer saved…

I dont actually know how to do that. But I have attached a photo of what I mean and I want the results to show as how its designed. With the designed gap. Can you please give me a css for this?

but now it got removed from my_eventon_list as well. I only want it removed from my_eventon calendar.

 

I could have the same solution if I just delete “title” from eventtop design but I dont want that. I want my lists to show everything I have on my eventtop design but I only want dates on the tiles on “my_eventon” calendar. Is this possible?

Thank you for that idea. Unfortunately, it didn’t work either. Any other ideas? I’m sorry – but I have to fix it and I have no clue how…
