Hello,

Hereafter are the steps my webmaster took to download Eventon 4.7.1.Zip on WP :

  • “I downloaded the full file codecanyon-PG7wb3tU-eventon-wordpress-event-calendar-plugin.zip and installed it on my computer.
  • Then I unzipped this file to extract another zipped file “eventON_4.7.1.zip” which I copied back to my computer.
  • To upload this last file to WordPress, I first deleted version 4.7.0 from the site by following the procedure.
  • Then I went to the “Add an extension” section and clicked on “Upload an extension”.
    Following the procedure, which confirmed that everything had gone smoothly, I activated the extension.

Then, when I went to it, I couldn’t access the data.

As for the browser, I’ve been using Avast Secure Browser (under the Chrome engine) for years without any problems.

I uploaded the eventON 4.7.2 beta version in your website and that seems to have resolve the issue. We are doing some more tests on 4.7.2 before we will release it to public.

Same issue with directly in the content (tried with Gutenberg).

I guess it fails because we use Elementor header and footer.
