Please go to EventON > EventCard > try a different Feature image display style.

If all content suddenly disappeared, please go to EventON > EventCard > open Designer and save > now save EventON Settings.

Could you send us the archive you downloaded from CodeCanyon? Also please send us your license info.

Hello Artem,

My colleague just told me that he followed the step-by-step procedure you asked us to follow and our problem is still unresolved.

He also saved the Eventon calendar via WP, but now he can’t import it back into Eventon.
We’re worried because if we run into the same problem every time we make a change to Eventon, things will get complicated very quickly.

I give you permission to make any changes you deem necessary to solve our problem. My colleague is not a Web developer.

We don’t advertise that the plugin on CodeCanyon also includes add-ons functionalities. Could you send us a screenshot of where you saw that all features are included?

Does it work faster with disabled Avada theme and it’s plugins?
