Hello,

I upgraded to 8.3. STill the same problem.

Hey,

I deleted the old version, installed the new one, still the same error. I can’t change the settings as the Plugin itself is not running, so I can’t change any settings in it. Can you please solve it? Thank you 🙂

sorry need to clarify latest event

the next event date wise or are you wanting the events in order of when you add them

to be honest you may wish to have 2 shortcodes on the page

the top showing the latest

and then past events showing underneath

but if you want to show pastevents with future events in the one calendar then you can’t show the latest at the top

I am just at my normal job right now- but when I get home in 5 hours I’ll post a shortcode to show you what I mean

but essentially you have a shortcode at the top ONLY showing future events
and then a shortcode under that ONLY showing past events

from the viewers point of view they will see future events at the top and past event underneath it

Could you try applying this patch:

https://helpdeskx.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/10065230/Screenshot-2024-04-10-at-15.51.02.jpg

Other customers also had issues with Fusion Builder and EventON’s Edit Event pages not working completely. So maybe applying the patch also helps with your issue as well.

Could you try updating EventON to 4.6.8?

Next please install and configure SMPT plugin and try to send emails again:

Ashan,

In Troubleshooting Mode I added more events, but it shows duplicated events and also doesn’t show other “Event Cal Test” event:

Could you check?

Ashan,

EventON tries to load fonts from /assets/webfonts, but the folder doesn’t exist:
