This morning I’ve tried deactivating, uninstalling the slider addon and reinstalling, reactivating the license, and still experiencing the issue

I’ve also set the slider shortcode to only show 2 events but it is still displaying 4 / duplicates etc

I’ve tried what you suggested with no change.

Ok, we updated the plugins a month ago. After the update, in the view attendees section, see attached image, the customer details are hidden and have to be seen by clicking the arrow to see the information.

This was not there before our last up date.

I cannot find 5 add-ons purchase associated with your account. Could you send us the order id?

Please also note that you can use add-ons while we are working on the activation issue.
