Hi is anything able to be done about my not being to update either of my sites?

I dont mention about refund. I tell that i go to checkout and click to pay.  Redirect to payment provider page and click back without to paid. The ticket is still in my card. and if i go to event page the ticket seams not available but i can choose it again and add it again to my cart. So I have twice the event in my cart. Follow those steps and you will see. I dont tell anything about refund.

I did some test and with enabled EventON > Tickets > Auto re-stock tickets when orders are refunded or cancelled and Auto re-stock failed ticket orders, failed orders are refunded correctly.

Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation. We aren’t going to change anything, I just need to re-create the issue.
