Are you referring to these messages?

For example, in this yearly event you have 10000 repeats:

So the repeat goes for 10000 years what causes the performance issues. Please lower the number of repeats since your server cannot handle that number of repeats.

Can you do the same? Because I m not a dev and the dev who solved it doesn’t work with us anymore.

Please note that you can only refund the main plugin on CodeCanyon, since we don’t have access to your purchases there.

As for add-ons, please send us your order ids. Also make sure to cancel addon subscription before auto renew:

I also tried to load their .ics file without using after I downloaded it from their link, but doesn’t import anything. The error in debug.log:

Also it doesn’t import their file on dev2.

At the moment EventON’s Tickets add-on don’t support WooCommerce’s Checkout built with blocks. So in order to make everything work, please replace your current Checkout with the default WooCommerce shortcode.
