1. Use the CSS code from this link:

2. Please add exp_so=”yes” to the shortcode.

3. Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header):

Hello, I was trying to, but I can see there’s something wrong with the download files as I cannot find the main plugin zip, but only the addons. You can see our activated license on the backend of our website but it doesn’t seem to be connected or something.
Can you check?

I cannot find the updated file to upload and it seems like the same problem is what stops the regular backend update from succeding (it says “the folder is empty”).

I managed to copy and paste the www-error.log file onto a notes pad.
If you need other files from the php logs folder let me know

Meanwhile, I can’t manage to update the plugin because it takes too much time loading it.

Please also note that every time I made some EventON general settings it crashed and erased the event. I had to delete and reinstall 5x and reset up the event every time. Since the event is soon, I have just left the general settings and not touched anything.

Please let me know if you are able to fix the 2 most crucial problem:

a) waitlist not showing
b) reminder email time
