It seems that one of your plugins is causing the issue. The button is visible in Troubleshooting Mode:

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation?

Initial Repeat instance is the same as actual Event, so whatever changes you want to make to initial event, make it on the event. Then use repeat customizer to edit other repeats.

Just tested and work fine on our end.

Hello Daniel, 

The issue is happening because the add to calendar ICS link does not support the Plain permalink structure. Please allow us sometime to get this resorted out. 

Okay, i updated the add on to 2.5. Still the same issue!

So i change the destinary https://prnt.sc/M0FLD1dNLt3Y   with my email to receive alert when some visitor is regsitered ,,, and i tried it and not received confirmation.

So we cannot have the same mail for ”from” and ”to” ?
If the organiser and another person need to received a notification i need to put their mails in ”To”  ?

Is it right ?
