Would you mind sharing a event edit link for such event where I can see this on your website? and the attendee details discrepancy. Because on our end….

if a customer enter correct attendee information at check out those are the names shown in view attendees, not the purchaser details.

Ah I see that as well. I am glad to hear you were able to apply those changes your self and get it to work 🙂

I will definitely include those code changes in the next version update to tickets addon.

Thank you very much James!!

Interesting for me when I check your website the google apis is not loading the google fonts — as you desired.  Perhaps you just need to clear cache after the settings is saved for it to reflect on the actual website.

It looks like font awesome icons are not loading as well, which makes the icons on eventON calendar appear as boxes. — just FYI

We had that code in place for pluggability. But I suppose we can just comment those out like in your case it is interfering with other codes coming into eventcard and making the normal functionality not work.

Anyways just keep in mind the adjusted code I shared with you incase you see this issue in the future.

We will get this commented out code as part of the future updates 🙂

If you have a moment, we would greatly appreciate if you could kindly leave us a review at Codecanyon. By going to your account > Downloads. We are very grateful for your kind review!

It is good to go now. The changes I made to the code will be in the next version update to eventon.

We just released the actionUser update Cheryl. But I can see the HTML code in message is getting sanitized.

Here is a patch code fix to get this not strip HTML code in the message, until we get a next version of actionUser released.

I added CSS to fix the issue but for some reason when we create a new event the pictures or buttons do not align correctly.

Thank you. I will do that as soon as I can download v2.4.8 – at the moment I can still only see 2.4.7 in the downloads area.

You are running an old version of FullCal which along with bunch of other plugins are throwing PHP depreation errors which might be why the ajax call is returning error.

You can update to latest fullcal version 2.1.2 and that will fix eventON PHP errors. But several other plugins are not compatible with the PHP 8.2 on your website which is the base cause of this issues.
