So this event title color black vs white is controlled whether event color is light or dark. Your event colors are light so the programming switch to use darker font color. If you choose darker event color matching that of the event image, the font would appear white.
That would be the better solution going forward,

We followed the directions as you provided ^^^ however we still can not get EventOn to recognize that template. It is still using the same page template.
Can you take a look. It seems like maybe there is a setting we don’t have toggled on or off. maybe?

I solved this. Problem was WP Fast Cache plugin.

In the past you guys have VPN via USA. I can whitelist your IP or country but then it opens it up for the entire country. let me know either or both and I will see what I can do.

I followed those steps, however the name of the site that the license is activated on does not appear. It is only showing the date that it was activated. We do not want to deactivate the license until we know for sure which site the plugin is being used on.

it could simply be a language error- at one point did you have 5km and then change it to 10km if so in myeventon>>>>Language>>>>categories you will see where to change it- if not then please provide wp-admin access
