In that case please try adding event_count=”10″ show_limit=”yes” show_limit_ajax=”yes” to the shortcode. And see if it fixes the not loading issue.

On dev2 it shows the additional info on Woo’s emails but not on EventON’s:

I don’t think that this is part of EventON’s functionality. In Troubleshooting Mode (only EventON + Woo enabled) the option is gone:
