Please contact CodeCanyon about the refund.

You can change the page if you use Events Directory page instead of /events.

thank you i was hoping i could show 3 months like this page https://guide2.co.uk/herefordshire/whats-on-in-herefordshire-1/workshops-courses/

do you have a shortcode where i could just show June, July and August.

I used the date shortcode but people have said they feel it would be better per month

Hi Martin,

Yes, you can redesign the Eventcard from the designer.

Please take a look at some of the tips below to make your site load faster

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/why-my-site-and-eventon-page-loading-slow/

Let us know if this works for you.

So the calendar dates now match up and are correct.

I added a new all day recurring event to test it and it seems to be showing up on the correct days, not one day earlier as was happening before. It’s called Test Recurring Event and I put it on the 20th of September.

Thank you so much for all your time and effort in helping to sort this out!

Weirdly, my other site, that was always showing the current time as one hour later is now showing it as two hours earlier but I’ll get Siteground to look into that as well.

Hi Ashan! I hope you are well. I spoke to the support team at Siteground and they seem to have fixed the problem!! This is what they said:

After reviewing the PHP version settings on your account, I noticed that it was using managed PHP, which defaults to version 7.4.33. This version is considered stable, but it may not be optimal for your current needs.

I have changed the PHP setting to unmanaged and updated the PHP version to 8.2.20. Following this change, the plugin now defaults to using GMT-6, which should resolve the timezone discrepancy.

For more information on Managed PHP, please refer to the following article:

https://www.siteground.com/kb/what-is-managed-php/

Managed PHP means that SiteGround will automatically update your PHP once we are sure there is a newer stable, and safe version, which will give you the latest security and performance enhancements.

Feel free to adjust the PHP version that your website utilizes from your Site Tools to best suit your needs. For now, I recommend keeping it on version 8.2.20.
