as for the full cal your current version is from 2020 which is most likely why you are having issues
You would have to re-purchase the full cal in order to use it- so instead of trying to find a login- even if you had that login it would only allow you to download the same version- as you have to buy them each year to get the latest so go here: https://www.myeventon.com/addons/full-cal/ and purchase the latest build using an email you currently use so you can access the latest version
that being said while this is a subscription service in most cases you can continue to use an older version for years afterwards unless a major wordpress version comes out and we need to change it so you can buy the full cal and then turn off auto payments and use that until it stops working
we would need wp-admin access to the live site- that staging site has no seo plugins activated the google tag manager is off- there are settings within them to hide content but we would need to see the full site and the set up for that site

Regarding the Extended License that we purchased last week in CodeCanyon, we are receiving no response from the Envato team regarding this issue. Can you please when in touch with their team? We have been sending them emails, opening tickets and texting on social media, but the response is nule.
Our budget is limited and we need the add-ons you shared with us. We don’t need the Extended license. The descriptions inside the CodeCanyon are misleading and give the false ilussion that the extended license will include everything. However, we paid 300$ for just a calendar and we need this working by the end of this week.
Regarding the Spanish legislation, we are able to receive a refund of a digital purchase if we ask for it within the first 15 days. We need the refund of the Extended License so that we can purchase the Regular License and your add-ons.

I think your suggestion to use the Event Type 2 as parameter to distinct the events to be validated is very nice. Ok, I will use it for this purpose.

hello Guido, so eventON 4.6.7 might take some time because so far this is the only fix in the new version and we usually wait to release a new version until we cover several issues.
If you can copy that code over to other versions you have, and when the new update comes it should work fine because the new version will have that code as well 🙂
