Generally the permission checks if the user can edit the event post before allowing them to see those settings.

Yes the EVO_Evo_Tix_CPT. is no longer supported. You will need to update your email template code. that should resolve this issue.

Ok so if you are still getting non-ticket orders then you need to switch over to shortcode mode for woocommerce cart and checkout pages. Tickets addon do not support the woocommerce’s “Not completed” block carts yet.
