Schedule View has limited settings comparing Main Calendar:

I’ve assigned this ticket to Ashan, so it seems that it needs more time to add this functionality to Schedule View.

My developer has had a quick look, could it be the email templates?

I took a look at the order and the paypal side worked ok, there’s a transaction ID so it’s something else and I found this online from 1 day ago so may be the same issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/there-was-an-error-processing-your-order-4/?old-theme=1
I went through the advice on that link and found this: https://www.foodsorcery.co.uk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=logs&view=single_file&file_id=fatal-errors-2024-06-14 which mentions the eventon plugin. We have custom email templates for orders, so it’s entirely possible eventON have changed something  and the template needs updating.

I tested the new event ticket plugin on our live site and got an error message, the payment went through but no confirmation emails were sent. I had installed version 2.3.2 and have reverted back to 2.2.9

For reference, I updated and tested the latest eventON and action user plugins and didn’t have any problems so have left them updated.

I have updated the plugins on the staging site, if you are able to do some testing you can use the code testevent99.9% which will reduce the price – we can then refund you the amount it’s cost you for testing.
