Hello,

I saw that a update was made, but unfortunately, now, we are NOT able to sell free tickets. Why? A lot of bugs and missing features on this expansive addon.

We cannot decrease the number of months, but at the moment it only loads 28 events. soon there will be many more.
We installed W3 Total Cache without noticing any particular improvement.
We don’t think it is normal for it to take more than 10 seconds to load a page with 28 events (all other pages on the site are under 2 seconds loading).
The server hosting the site is quite powerful (Xeon Silver 4210R CPU,16 Gb RAM, Operating System and Database on NvMe SSD) and under-utilized (see attached LoadAverages.png).
We have tried disabling all plugins excluding theme plugins.
The theme used is Avada (best seller on themeforest) updated to the latest version.
How can we significantly improve the loading of that page?
Thank you

Is there a workaround so that I don’t have to edit the avada builder core files? I don’t want to have to edit it everytime we update the builder.

Hi mate thanks for your greetings. I tried refreshing cache as well but still not working. I already gave you access to our site. you can check it with any ticket as they all created for testing. let me know if you can fix it.
