Thanks, Artem. Please keep me updated as we’re keen to get this resolved. Has Ashan looked at this?

Hi Artem,

I have the same problem and want to disable the lightbox feature for the feature image.
On your test site the lightbox feature is on.

Could you tell how I can disable lightbox?

Cheers
Thorsten

When will it be ready? So the error is general? I have read in other cases that you have installed the update on some websites before publishing it to solve urgent errors. Please, in that case we need that solution

Hi, we are using version 4.0.2 of Event On and version 2.0.1 of Event Daily View. We haven’t updated them to the latest version yet because we had made some changes to the css.

The problems encountered by accessibility analysts were these:

  • The filters and various choice options cannot be selected using the keyboard or assistive technologies;
  • No feedback is given to the user on which month and which year is selected;
  • Filters are not perceived as buttons as they have not been implemented with the native button element;
  • Buttons for scrolling between days do not feel like buttons and have no alternative text (e.g., insert
    alt=”Previous/next days”).

Are these issues that have already been resolved in the updated versions of the plugins?
Thank you very much

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. It turned out that the error was due to a server issue on the hosting side. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I have a couple of questions:

  1. I attempted to use the WooCommerce default page to address the issue with PDF attachments, but it still isn’t working. Could you provide further assistance on this?
  2. You mentioned that you are working on fixing the checkout error and that an update will be available soon. How can I stay informed about the latest updates?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Jude
