But if you have been testing- make sure those woocomerce orders are “Completed” and not “on hold” or “pending payment”

in woocomerce>>>>>orders

you should see all those orders

and there is a little eye icon- click that for a pop up

change the order to completed- then save

then check your insight

if that fails please provide the right login so we can diagnose
