As I wrote above, “When I click on generate coordinates, nothing happens or at least it does not produce lat/long in the record that I can see (attached screenshot).”

i have now changed it to a normal ticket where responses are look at by staff (but we really don’t have a solution for sharing the entire calendar)

this is posted as a feature request, so therefore it doesn’t get answered unless we can create that feature- and we would do that if people vote on that particular feature request

each event themselves can have social media share options activated on myeventon>>>>settings>>>>single events

however for the actual calendar itself that is not an eventon function- you would have to find some 3rd party plugins or your theme might have share page options you would put under the or above the calerndar shortcode

but to social media share an entire calendar is not an eventon feature

add this to

appearance>>>>>customize>>>>>additional css

.evocard_row .evocard_main_image:before {

    display: none !important;

}

you have added or your web developer has

.eventon_list_event {

    border-right: 10px solid #fff !important;

    margin-bottom: 10px !important;

}

to your styles which is causing some issues with the display of the event top which in turn could effect the body

the problem you face is because you have not filled in your smtp plugin details

See video below:

at the moment you have told wordpress to use that plugin to send email but you have not given that plugin login credentials to a server and this would be causing a massive delay
I would say that 1: a 30 minute delay and more than likely many emails not even sending

so fill out that smtp settings and you emails should be sent much faster

Could you try clicking on “Generate Location Coordinates” https://helpdeskx.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/20144010/long-lat.jpg?

I want to see if it’s actually possible for your server to generate Lat/Long values.
