Hello Karen, it is not in the code, it usually is what someone copy paste into event details. When you copy paste content, sometimes it paste with unclosed html tags. Let me check in your website and see if I can find the issue.

Hello Ralph the new version is available on codecanyon and on myeventon.com

Yes the new version will require new PHP. We had to make that switch as php 7.4 has been deprecated for a long time and many of our customers required new php version compatibility.

Also added the slider to pause when hover. You can remove that shortcode if you do not like it. slider_pause_hover=’yes’

I avoid running updates to this plugin when we are actively organizing because it doesn’t always update smoothly. 

I have a staging version of the website where I ran the updates, and now our daily view event details are blank: https://stg-snoflinga-snoflingastg.kinsta.cloud/schedule/

Can you investigate why the updated staging version is not working correctly? I provided admin access to the staging version of the website. I’ll be making updates to the live site in the meantime, so if you are able to get the staging version to work, I’d appreciate knowing what you did so I can replicate and update the live site.
