In order to remove empty elements, please click on it and then click ”Backspace”.

Could you try updating to 5.0.5 version?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure ”Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Yes the new version of eventON fix the activation of addons.

We not want to install Gutenberg since we spent a lot of money on the site to mess it up with plugins we not need.

In the code snippets plugin I added the code there and the snippet name is ”Use output buffering to remove Row from seat info email” if you want to check the code that I added

Hello our problem right now is the website uses too much resources of our hosting that it crashes and the database disconnects. Is it possible that I havent yet updated to the latest main eventon plugin and the event tickets plugin? Last year this does not happen.

I just noticed you mentioned you’re releasing 5.0.5. That is for the EventOn plugin. I am having an issue with the license key for the Repeat Customizer Add-on.  It has been 2 days, and I’m still not able to activate my license. I REALLY need this to work. Please advise.
