I have gone ahead and deleted your account at myeventon.com you will no longer be able to access myeventon.com. But if you want to purchase eventON addons in the future you can use the same email and create a new account.

Hello Dave, you can use coupon code EVO20T at the checkout at myeventon.com and that will get you 20% discount on all the items in the cart for the first year of the subscription. Subscriptions will be renewed at regular price unless cancelled.

Which account are you trying to access to? is it myeventon.com or helpdesk? if you are trying to access myeventon.com have you purchased addons from myeventon.com before? if you have not purchased any addons, you would not have an account at myeventon.com
