Please go to EventON > EventCard > open Designer and save > now save EventON Settings.

Is it possible for you to update WordPress to 6.5.2?

If the update isn’t possible or didn’t help please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Frank those licenses were purchased in 2014. Under order ID 8174. This was before our license system was developed. So they can be used in several websites.
