important info: The ticket auto complete works fine for new events we have created.

However the problem only occurs for events we have duplicated from past events

Thank you very much for your patience and the solution. I passed it on to the client and we will start implementing soon.

One last thing, available for both your light eversion and main EventOn plug-in. There is a conflict with our theme. (https://einar.qodeinteractive.com/web-agency/), when in the menu, if you don’t press on a page for 2-3 seconds there is no action. When we deactivated your plug-ins, everything works fine. Wanted to see if this is something you had before, and if there is and straightforward solution to it.

We had some custom code for auto-complete in function.php but this was already disabled long time. So nothing enabled in the code from our side

The page only shows events with a type, so I have added type ”tour”. now it shows up

Great suggestion we will be adding this in version 5.0.3 🙂

Hello Darren would you mind sharing the backend access, we are no longer able to access from the above links. We can take another look and see if there is anything that is causing this. 

In our next version update to tickets addon we are also refactoring the code for auto complete orders.

Troy, got it! terribly sorry for the delay. It was a very tricky one. The list was appearing but with 0px width. Got it fixed with few code changes which we will be passing on to the next version update to actionUser addon. Do let us know if you see any other unusual things with your eventON setup.

Hi Artem. Thanks for getting back to me. Just so you know, the out of stock feature did work before on the variable ticket. Please let me know when this is working again. Also, can you set up the number of tickets displayed at the same time – I have already sent a feature request for this but heard nothing back.

With Apple Pay, can you please advise on this. I’ve followed the link and enabled it but it’s still not working. Can you please tell me exactly what’s happening here?
