Yes the test page loads the events you from the link you sent

The url provided is our active site but probably not helpful for troubleshooting the exported csv.

Attached image is from the frequency column in the exported csv which has empty cells. When I cross referenced these with the active event they have a selection in the Event Time Extended Type but nothing in the csv?

I’ve tried to use the importer again. I had to restore the backup again. The client will re-enter the events manually. I’d like a refund for my purchase of the product. I charge $125/hour for development time. I’ve already wasted over 2 hours of my time due to the problems which should not happen, especially between 2 plugins with as long a history as EventOn and ACF. I don’t know how your program could overwrite other data in the MySQL database. I don’t have time to debug it.

When you disable other plugins and also switch the theme, it still doesn’t let you to submit events?

Please note that we cannot do much if there is an issue from a third-party plugin, unfortunately.

They are referring to EventON > RSVP > RSVP Form > Generally, when to hide Change RSVP button.
