Maybe the problem is not with ticket addon but with seats. could you do a test event with seats as well?

Also I’ve noticed that the plugin does not prompt for automatic update and I’ve manually updated from 2.0.2 to 2.1.4. After the update the weekly view does not show at all (shortcode I’m using is below) so I’ve reverted back to 2.0.2
