You are exactly right! Sorry for misreading your question. As a temporary solution, please remove hide_cancels=”yes” from the shortcode.

Additionally, if your site has any IP blocking or security restrictions in place, kindly disable them temporarily to facilitate our support process.

As for the purchase issue, please try replacing your current Checkout made out of blocks with the default WooCommerce shortcode:

[woocommerce_checkout]

I am also going to contact our development about this issue as well.

Please go to EventON > enable Remove schema data from calendar and Remove JSON-LD data for events.

Could you check if your shortcode has cal_init_nonajax=”yes” added? Please try removing it.

If you go to

Billing

you can edit the address and add VAT number under company name. And then apply it to all the active subscriptions and see if generating invoice make correctly with vat. if not send us the VAT number and we can include in the invoice for you.

Please send us wp-admin access to your site from ”Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.

Could you try going to EventON > Time Settings > make sure that Hide past events for default calendar(s) is disabled?

The shortcode for the request to show the ended events that you suggested is not working, even though I have a lot of ended  events, it always says there are no events
