for the Order #754. It looks like from the order notes, order status changed from pending > processing. and then stripe compelted, but order never went into completed. And during this time the seats status changed back to Available because they were never reserved. 

Thats a little bit of light into what was going on.

I think since your website is live, the best way to debug the issue is to create a clone version of your website and enable google pay in there and see if we can replicate the issue with WP Debug  on and see where things are falling apart. — let us know if this is something that you are able to set up on your capacity.

We will also run more thorough tests on google or apple pay on our end to see if we can catch any loop holes in the algorithm.

It went straight to Checkin page, just a ticket ID. 

You can also try iPhone’s camera and clicking on QR code link (yellow)

Also I am seeing ticket and non-ticket orders in this page. https://lvyao.org/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order — where are you seeing only non-ticket orders?

I already have that done. But see screenshot attached. Is this the only way the calendar grid can be shown/designed?? My client was wanting it to show name of event and in the color of the specific category (event type) that we set for each! This is not doing that! All it shows on the day of event is the day of the month in a blue color. (Which is not the color we specified for that event type by the way). And yes I did enable override event default colors.

I do have one question. I cannot see the update on my dashboard. When I look, it actually looks like the Action User is still at 2.4.8. Is there anything I can do to get the update, or is it because my plugin may be too old?

The step is now removed from the woocommerce/stripe options as it was causing the issue. Since removing Google/Apple pay we haven’t had the issue come up again in about 40 – 50 orders. My order #754 under George Tipton is the last/most recent example of an order using Google Pay.

Could you please update EventON and add-ons as well? So we can go and test things out on your website.

With outdated add-ons there are can be issues that are fixed in the latest release.
