Hello,
Could you go to EventON > Time Settings > make sure that Timezone is the same as wp-admin > Settings > Timezone?
Also try adding hide_mult_occur=”yes” to the shortcode.
Hello,
EventON and add-ons are outdated on your website. Could you update?
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure ”Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.

Hello Darren, thank you so much for updating this.
So these failed transactions are comign from a BOT, and money is not actually going into paypal. so as it should, it is tagging the trasaction/order as FAILED.
From this information — I think the system is working as it should, tagging orders as failed because no actual money is going through.
Real issue is how to block these BOTs from buying.
I came across this discusssion. — https://wordpress.org/support/topic/lots-of-dodgy-orders-failed-coming-through-as-orders/
seems like you are not the only one experiencing similar issues with Woocommerce.
Currently your checkout page https://www.held2gether.com/checkout/ does not have a captcha validation. lets try adding one and see if that will block these bots from creating fake orders. I think something like this might help — https://wordpress.org/plugins/recaptcha-woo/
Of course you can do some more research on this and see if there are other better captcha plugins.
Lets try this and see if that will get rid of the bots.
Ok I’ve updated the code to remove the ”evo_aria_ready” class once the unique ID is added. Please give it a try now.
Good news Alison,
new version 2.5.9 is now available for download. Here is the changelog
should be able to find the new settings EventON Settings > ActionUser > Form Settings > Allow extra image data on submission form — under File/Image Uploading
