I did some tests and using Advanced Cron Manager have managed to receive all of reminders from this event:

Because we’re still going on this ticket, can you check, autocomplete is on for all four types, but orders are still showing processing

Thank you for your help! We just placed four orders. 2 with Link by Stripe, 1 with a card, and 1 with Google Pay. The Google Pay order did not make the seats unavailable as shown here. Seats in the back right row which R and even numbered seats, there are four open green seats on the right side of the row which were purchased. The new purchase was R22 and R24 and went available after the 10 minute hold. It seems the issue is with Google pay.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you my friend. We were able to figure out the issue and get it fixed up in your website. The next version update to PDFer will have the fixed code as well. 

Your seats orders should now go through fine with PDF tickets.

Never mind I see what is happening. please set the eventON calendar block shortcode to ux_val=’3a’ this way the get directions lable + input is printed only once in the page per each event. — lets please try this and see if that helps.
