The newest order by Ashley Tipton is a test order where she purchased R32 and R28 for Nov 20th, they were unavailable for 10 minutes and are available for purchase again.

Hi, I just wanted to follow up with this ticket. My client is becoming a bit annoyed by all the failed requests. On Saturday he received over 900 fails equaling 900 emails to his inbox. Here is screenshot link. My client is at the point that he did ask me to look for another system but told him I had faith in your plugin. Please let me know of any updates.

That’s great news! I hope it does. This has been archaic as heck, as you can imagine. This crash was not good for my business or that of my client. I am pretty sure that my client uses PayPal for her trainings and not Woo, but I get this message now when I activate the Calendar and Tickets Add-on. Please advise: Eventon Tickets needs WooCommerce plugin to function properly. Please install WooCommerce

There is no need to reinstall anything, I believe. Your versions of EventON and EventON – Event Tickets are latest, so you can just enable them.

Do I simply delete the plugins and reinstall them? Or, will you help me? My client is anxious because she is offering workshops people are trying to sign up for and the site is a mess.

I have upgraded now. Thanks for that info. Thought my host automatically does this for us.  The site is still jacked up but I am not touching it. 🙂 Thank you!!

If you would like to create a new ticket as feature request and request this we can get it voted and get it developed. 🙂

I see whats happening , because you have 2 variation types on that event.  (https://rachelb155.sg-host.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=162770&action=edit) and you havent created variations for each, it is showing the all option.

I see what you are trying to do, but I dont think it the program support this type of variations at the state its on now.

How about this, the REPAS is an option a guest can choose yes? so add a new REPAS values “None”

Then create variations for each PRIX.
Member – none,

Member, vegetarian

member, possion

member poullet

non-member – none. etc.

this would be the option you would have to do at the moment.
