It is the result of the eventon slider short code. I removed it temporarily until it can be fixed.

ok this is really strange because everything was working a couple of days ago and now it isn’t.

I’ve checked the google api system again and everything is perfectly fine in there. follows all setup instructions but again, it was working before

Hello but that is still the same, as it will show on all event types.. i want it to just show for my archery events

is that not possible?

It is now being sent via a different e-mail. I have tested resending and the email has now arrived. Unfortunately without the PDF ticket attachment.

there should now be a grey circle and when ticked a black tick should replace the grey circle

can you update eventon to 4.6

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.
