Hello,

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

This is possible only if you recreate the button using this guide:

Hello,

Please update Tickets add-on to 2.2.8. It has the time fix.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Hello,

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header):

.evo_metarow_directimg img { min-height: auto; }

Ashan,

1. & 3.

On dev2:

https://dev2.myeventon.com/test-412/

Second issue: Prior to upgrade the time options for minutes were :00, :15, :30, and :45. Now, there are 60 minutes options to choose from – this makes the form less usable and more prone to errors. How can we revert to previous setting giving users 4 options instead of 60?

Not possible to change this from EventON > Select minute increment for time select in event edit page.

Hello,

1. & 3. Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.

2. Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header):

.evoau_submission_form ._row_datetime {gap: 10px;background: none;margin: 10px;} .evoau_submission_form .evoau_table ._row_datetime .row { width: 50%; }

Ashan will check this as well.

I have noticed that this is a common reply from EventOn, but it’s really not fair to customers.  Obviously, this should be a feature.  EventON staff should not rely on unhappy customers submitting feature requests and hoping it gets voted on.  This is a common sense decision that the company should make.  Every field in the submission form should have the option of being mandatory by the calendar publisher.

Hello,

Your current version is 2.6.16. Could you update to 4.5.9?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

I also cannot access wp-admin:
