The main problem is that your server is shared. Unfortunately, you cannot simply use a low performance server and expect fast loads.

As for EventON, the only thing that can be done is EventON > Advanced > switch Select event calendar WP Query method.

Hi there.

I asked  abou the server and the aswer is:
“Our shared server disks are NVMe. The CPU and RAM of the server varies depending on the processes, that is, our shared servers have some Cores and Ram assigned, but being a shared server it cannot make full use of these, it is limited to a maximum load so that does not affect the rest of the users.”

The PHP value is at the maximum that the hosting allows.

Can you do something about the calendar loading speed?

It’s very urgent.
If the events do not load faster, I cannot launch the calendar and I have already been waiting months for the problem to be solved.

Is there a limited number of events for the calendar to load correctly?
As you could see in the data that I gave you on 2/25/2024, the calendar loads very slowly even though there are few events.

Finally the events repeats do work. Hallelujah!!!!!

Now I’m wondering if after waiting more than a year and wasting hundreds of hours looking for where the error could be that did not allow repeating events (which was one of the things that interested me when I bought the addon) are you going to consider giving me a discount because the addon was not working correctly?
