Hello Darren, Terribly sorry you are getting these spam orders and they are failing. Lets see if we can get to the bottom of this and get you figured out on your way 🙂

for the processing orders, please try setting auto complete tickets, and see if that helps. — this will set order status to complete. sometimes, they stay in process when there was no response from payment processing. 

I will look into your form submission issue next. Seems artem mention, bots are buying from product page, even though event is not publicly visible.

Ah glad to hear it was resolved Yunior!

About the scanner issue with QR code addon. Might I suggest a different solution?

In the QR code settings, try switching the scanner mode to webbased QR Scanner. and see if the URL is was it returned or if the codes are scanned correctly.

I was able to go into your site and apply the necessary changes to code that will stop this error from hapenning. — We will be including this code change in the next version update to tickets addon.
