whats the login link to see the wp-admin area- couldn’t see it on the home page

just had a look at the cloned event. I really don’t recommend using avarda to create the event content- just use the default builder- Avarda despite what they say do “their own thing” when building wordpress- not always to wordpress standards and the content you have could easily be added via the basic editor

I tried to clear a cache but an error came up saying “cache could not be purged”

the first step to diagnose would be to switch themes and see if the theme is causing the issue

the next is to turn off all plugins and turn them on one by one seeing if one of them is causing the issue

you have 77 active plugins- created mostly by different creators all trying to communicate under the one roof. that can also lead to much slower loading of everything and conflicts

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

In addition I need an individual “Buy Ticket” button in each event, where I can paste individual links for the different events (some tickets to be bought via the venue, others from central ticket providers). I also need to have an individual tag on the button – mainly just two: “buy here” or “sold out”.

To be flexible I would like to use Custom Meta Data (Type: Button) here. Now comes the question: What would be the field name to write onto for this purpose unsing ics import? In other words I search the equivalents to the “evcal_subtitle” in your example for “Button Text”, “Button Link” and eventually also for the link target for my Custom Meta Data.

I’ll start to diagnose the page issue- how did you build the page?

as in did you simply use the eventon basic buildier for the main description or did you use avarda builder to make the event description?
