Hello,

By purchasing this module, I thought that this was already the case with the user manager! I have since negotiated partnerships with associations to give them free access to submitting events in exchange for visibility. This calls everything into question… I’m going to write a request, but I’m afraid of the implementation time…

Do you have an alternative in the meantime?

Thank you

Hello,

I do have this problem again for the Event “Letzte Hilfe Kursleitende Schulung Professionell” if opend from categorie-menu “Pflege” it opens perfectly. But if you try to open it from the calender with all events listed (on the side “Programm”) an critical error occurs.

Please have a look for yourself:

And here are credentials for you to backend:

I did previously as that was the first thing I thought of – V 4.5.5 as you could see when you login.

I have done everything I know and havent changed anything – so my question is still the same – why not showing now.

I gave you the login details – is there any reason you can not fix it – it is now 3 days and still back at first email question! My client is stressing and I dont know what to do as I have done everything.

Can you please fix for me as requested?

Oh!  Perhaps this is a browser cache issue.

When I open an incognito window in Chrome and Firefox, the calendar buttons do advance correctly.

Thanks for testing –

Danna

Also, to clarify, Is that actually the reason she can’t access the event on her front end? Or is there another way to correct that core issue?

Thanks!

hi Ashan, thanks for your note. I have udpated to 4.5.5 but to be honest i dont understand which problem will be resolved.

i resolved the past Events with buying the add-on. i was not aware that the basic version only supports a few months. :/

the second question i have was not for the user to jump to the months.. its for admin (myself) to enter all the events from the past.. i have to click hundret times in the Event Start field to select the date instead of just having a custom field where i can enter the date quickly.  is that possible somewhere?

i have played around also with the filter and jumper on the front end. i couldn’t made both work anymore in my new setup with Tiles. for the Jumper is there any way to make it responsive / hide or mark the months and years in that jumper that have some events? some months might not have events and than it should appear

[add_eventon_el jumper=”yes” exp_jumper=”yes” show_year=”yes” hide_empty_months=”yes” show_limit=”no” event_count_list=”yes” el_type=”dr” start_range=”1996/01/01″ end_range=”2024/12/12″ exp_so=”yes” tiles=”yes” tile_count=”3″ tile_bg=”1″ event_order=”DESC” month_order=”DESC” ]

thanks & Regards,

Christian

Hello,

There are quite a lot of events to load at once. Could you go to EventON > Advanced > try a different Select event calendar WP Query method?
