Could you go to EventON > Time Settings > enable Use UTC offset time globally on calendars?

We as mediaoffice have purchased these two licenses. The customer no longer works with us and we ask EventOn to protect our property. We no longer have access to the dashboard and therefore no way to deactivate the license. It can’t be the case that we pay EventOn’s license fee and then EventOn acts as if we had no rights. EventOn’s licensing system is without protection for the buyer and owner.
