I believe you have all in one event calendar running at the same time- this can cause conflicts

I suggest deactivating the all in one calendar – then clearing all caches and seeing if it loads right

or let us know if we can deactivate it when diagnosing

are we allowed to do whats mentioneds in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon?

Hi, I followed the procedure you indicated. I managed to activate the license, but unfortunately I still can’t see the locations in the event preview on the home page.

Unfortunately not. I tried, and so did the Elementor teams. Even if you deactivate all the plugins on the basic WordPress theme, the problem remains. What’s strange is that this only concerns the main site, the other sites work without a hitch.
