I am sorry for my tone. We have been experiencing some very odd things on the site and it looks as though our developers have been messing with settings and creating some difficult situations. I have just spent the morning putting things right (again!) and discovered the user who has been interfering. I have been under a huge amount of pressure and apologise that I was so angry with you. I appreciate that you were trying to help.
I am about to go through the troubleshooting as you suggested.

Maybe you can just autocomplete EventON’s Orders by following:

EventTop doesn’t change the background color:

I’d also like to let you know that the Singe Event Page sidebar doesn’t allow shortcodes outside of EventOn items to be displayed.

Could you also update EventON to 4.5.1?
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

I have too many events to add manual links, and I want users to be able to quickly find shows by musical genre or artist/band name tags.
Yes, I did customize the seat numbers … as we had to renumber all seats I did this in the json file.Can we change the json file while we are in sales for this event if we need to?
The max_input_vars was set to 5000 – I have increased the value to 8000. This did not change the behaviour in the backend.
What would help us most in the moment is the ability to check all the seat numbers and the names in an export file!
