Hello,
Could you elaborate? Are you referring to Action User?
A user can have only one account in WP, so if they can submit events, they can do so from their account only. But they can also select any organizer they want when submitting events, so this is where EventON doesn’t have the functionality needed. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
Hello,
Please go to EventON Settings > Advanced > set “Select calendar event content filter type: EventON Content Filter OR Default WordPress Filter“.
Hello,
Please go to EventON Settings and save them. Next, clear your caching plugin. Please try and let us know.
Yep. Saved the settings up Event Card Design and it fixed it. I’m not sure it was a Cache issue, because before when I tested, when it was faulty, it failed on multiple different browsers. After saving settings, I tried it on multiple browsers (didn’t yet clear cache) and it worked perfectly. Thanks!
Hi Daria,
Please go to Eventon > Settings > Event Card design and save the settings there.
Let me know if this helps.
Hi Abel,
Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.
The settings needed to be saved afresh. So I just went to Eventon > Settings > Event Card design and saved the settings there again.
I have updated, but it doesn’t resolved the problem. Please help. Thank you in advice!
Thanks, it worked. What settings needed to be changed?
