I went ahead and refunded you for the repeat customizer addon and it is removed from the subscription now.
I think you purchased both the addons from the same order that is why they both share same order ID and you have removed Repeat Customizer on Oct 30, 2025.
Any how , should be good to go now 🙂

I have added CSV importer addon into your order #210396 — the whole order will be renewed on 2026 june 11. You can remove the addons you do not want on the order from https://www.myeventon.com/my-account/subscriptions/ — then click View and remove the addon on subscription.

Could you also update EventON to 5.0.2?
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

I went to EventON > Event Card > Designer > added Ticket Box. Should work now. Please check and let me know.
Please go to EventON > Event Card > open Designer and make sure that Learn More element is added.
Could you check and let me know?
There is also EventON > Single Events > Load current repeat event by default on single event page, but there is mo way of showing the next day.

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
I just don’t really know how your cache works to offer any solutions from our side.
