Hello,

Yes social icons are showing.

So, I get this weird black bar when I click on events, in both the organizer view and calendar. And in the organizer view it wants to show a map but it won’t load – can I just hide the map somehow? Also the times within the event repeats itself?

Also, this is a just an off-topic question, can I do FAQs using the CSV import?

Here’s the issue:

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

There is no chance me (or I thing, anyone) could remember the exact version of your plugin… I think the point is not that but that your plugin is not working properly and you should fix it. I keep waiting for a real solution. Best regards, Jimena

thank you very much for your help. Unfortunately, the problem has not
been solved yet. 

I updated the Event Lists: Ext add-on (I had to purchase it again because there was no updated version available in my account).

We have three different event types for our events. Until last week,
all three worked correctly on different pages of our website.

These pages still work:

However, the calendar with event_type ID 20 on this page no longer appears:

Unfortunately, we are not able to install an FTP client to debug PHP
errors. I’m sorry about that, but I hope you might still be able to help
us.
