I’m not sure if it has anything to do with the fact that with the way we install plugins, EventON core gets installed to an eventon directory instead of eventON (because Composer requires package names be all lowercase) and maybe that messes up the order of loading plugins. But with my patch making the weekly view add-on check for core the same way the other add-ons do it fixes it.

Yup, I have EventOn 4.4.4 and EventON – Weekly View 2.0.1.

The Weekly View plugin displays this message without my patch:

EventON WeeklyView is NOT active! – You do not have EventON main plugin, which is REQUIRED.

Thank you greatly.    Ok,  if you are logged into chef julia’s site.   if you look in the “my orders” section.   Now when i click,  “click to view zoom class: and the words.  Plant-Based Pasta Zoom Class,  it just redirects to the my orders page.   I’m on this page: https://www.chef-julia.com/my-account/view-order/331707/

What we normally do is place the HTML code in the ticket section and that is just not holding the html code.    I made a video again so you can see.

so we have a pre html section and the zoom link, only if they have purchased and then after the event we have html code.     i hope this video makes sense.

you’ll need to provide the login to view that page as there is a pop up login to view

and wp-admin access would help us diagnose -this ticket is private so only you and our team can view the content of your replies

you may need to resave your permalinks

but in myeventon>>>settings>>>>qr code you need to set the page that the shortcode is on

after that- try resaving your permalinks and then do some test scans-

I see whats going on. It seems like the countdown script you have on your website is interfering with the countdown function for the eventON. We rely on this to calculate count down timer for eventON and I am not sure if we can do anything about this. Since its conflicting with an outside script.

Is it possible to disable the countdown script on your website?
