Could you update EventON to 4.4.4?
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
Please add to your shortcode ft_event_priority=”yes” to prioritise featured events.
Could you send us link to some events that aren’t visible?
Please use event_count=”4″ to limit the amount of events.

After the updating did you go to EventON Settings and saved them? Sometimes you need to just save them even if you didn’t make any changes.
When done saving try refreshing permalinks.
Do you have any other events’ plugins installed?
Maybe you customized EventON somehow? For example, Single Event Page template.
Could you also please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

…Also can we use our Paid version of EventOn on the Staging site and the Main site at the same time for testing things??

This is exactly what we are saying, the wording on that how to … is wrong and very confusing to people, and could very well lead to people losing their settings.
again the way its worded is the opposite of the way it should be.
is there a way to correct that help page?

Re: Updating … can we not just > add new pluging> upload plugin > and overwrite to the new version?
or do you have to disable and delete first?

Thanks Artem looking into this now.
in version 4.5 we will add event title field. But a better and more efficient option would be to use EventON elementor main widget and use EventON shortcode generator to create single event box with whatever data you need. But we will continue to add more elementor widgets that better suite a wider usage. 🙂
