Hello,
Could you please update installed add-ons? It should fix the issue.
To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
For example, the latest version of Tickets is 2.2.3.
Hello,
I am sorry, the access information you have provided did not work for us. Please check them and post the correct login information as a private message, thank you!
Could you take a look at our test server:
https://dev2.myeventon.com/events/seats-7/
It seems to be working correctly there.
Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation?
Hi I am not clear what we need to do. Should I move something off of the page? It is trying to render too many calendars and sliders on the page?
ah – sorry – mixed it up as i have sites with eventon full
We have tried default WP theme and there was no change.
It’s open now. Look at September 12. It is covering the 19th. Depending how big your screen is off course. But I would like it to be a bit higher so we can add more events
Hi,
I tried to publish another event. The event list ext doesn’t load. If there is only one published event, it loads. If I published the other event, “How Neutrinos can Reveal that we live in a Universe that is Half Antimatter”. The event list ext on the home page just loads. For some reason, if there is more than one, the add-on doesn’t load. You can see it on the home page at https://www.phys.hawaii.edu.
On the https://www.phys.hawaii.edu/calendar/ page, the month can go move around but no events are loaded. So I am not sure if it is something on the network blocking the AJAX requests.
